I created this blog after being so cruelly and blatantly scammed by VccGhana.com now http://ghtutor.com/, now VccGhana.net/, now drtools1.com and a so called EFE PETER (do not know if this is a real name). He registered his domain name with the name PETER MENSAH. I want to warn others so that they do not fall into the hands of this SCAMMER and his Scam website www.vccghana.com now http://ghtutor.com/
The Guy is now operating under the following names:

This is the way the stupid guy operates. First he has a website www.vccghana.com now http://ghtutor.com/ now VccGhana.net/, now drtools1.com with stolen and copied write-ups which so unfortunately ranks on Google. So he is getting visitors continuously from Google. What he does is suck you in with his write-ups which appears useful especially to people in West Africa. His telephone numbers are clearly stated there. So you call him and that is where he sets out to scam you.
You want to order any of the products or service advertised on his website. You ask him how long it will take him top deliver and he will tell you it will take just an hour. Well for download products, there is nothing unusual here. I myself, I have instant downloads for all my digital products.
He will give you his payment details and once you send your money to him by any of the Mobile payment system which obtains in Ghana and other West African countries, your money is gone. He will no longer respond to your emails or take your phone calls. YOU HAVE JUST BEEN SCAMMED!
He does not make any pretense about this. He lets you know immediately that you have been scammed. I have waited for days now without any word from him about my service. He has since the day I paid him stopped taking my calls or respond to my emails.
The so called EFE PETER, from the little research I did on him, is a student at the HO Polytechnic, in Ghana. A little search on Google will reveal that he has been using that name to defraud for so long. My mistake was in not doing a little digging since I thought we were in the same country and that he was a bit intelligent going by the write ups at his site. Alas I was wrong and I have lost money because of this.
I plan to stop him from scamming other people online. I am hopeful that when people see this Blog, they will be saved from this Dog and his scheme.
I will make it my side hobby to make sure EFE Peter and His scam site www.VccGhana.com now http://ghtutor.com/ gets out of business soon. By the way, he used the name Peter Mensah to register the domain name. Scam!!!
ADDENDUM: Vccghana.com is now http://ghtutor.com/ The guy instead of changing and amending his ways thinks that by changing his domain name, he would continue to perpetrate his evil ACTS. No way. Guys go out there in FACEBOOK and make the post below:
